Would stay here again when in Skegness, we didn't want to leave. We think it's a decent place for staying in Skegness. There is a wide array of fabulous food for breakfast. The location it has next to all the attractions, and shops is fantastic and excellent. Also, Hildreds Shopping Centre is a stone’s throw away.

There were central heating, iron and ironing board, and television in the rooms, which made them fairly quiet and clean. It had street views. The location was incredible, very close to centre, it's a plus.

The bed was nice, and the room itself was separate. The location was good, for example, Skegness Model Village was at a moderate distance from the hotel. It was also not far from all the shops, the attractions, and the nightlife.

I enjoyed the place, everything was perfect. The food was reasonably priced. Location: the hotel was really close to bars and Skegness. Furthermore, it was within a close distance from a seafront aquarium.

Came here for 2 nights with my husband, had a very good stay. Got clean room with exceptionally comfy beds - always come in handy. The location was incredible close to beach. I saw Natureland Seal Sanctuary, that's not too far from the venue.

No complaints whatsoever, the hotel met the needs. We have stayed here for 3 nights and had a VERY VERY GOOD experience. The room was clean, featured central heating, iron and ironing board, and television. We greatly enjoyed great food. The location was incredible and excellent, near to everything, and the bed nice. Moreover, it's not far from all the shops, good value for money and all the attractions.

fairly good location; hotel has free parking. we got a bit hard bed in our room, even so we greatly enjoyed the stay overall. excellant place for 2 nights.
